Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• The applicant should have sound knowledge in rate analysis & present market price of all construction materials.
• Prepare estimates for material, time and labour costs & determine courses of action to minimize the cost.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a project.
• Capable of preparing Construction/Procurement related tender quotations.
• Good knowledge about local and international tender works.
• Supervise construction works.

Additional Job Requirements

• The applicants should have the experience of the following area(s): construction firm, real estate/developer (experience in WASA related works will be given preference)
• Computer Skills: Should be thorough in MS word & Excel and satisfactory knowledge in Power Point & Microsoft Project
• Engineering Software: Should have adequate skill in Auto CAD.
• Language: Should have good command over English.

B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements
5 to 7 years
